Donations

We receive hundreds of donation requests each year. We wish we could donate to everyone, but our budget just won’t allow it. But because we want to be as fair as possible, we have developed a system that will allow us to make one charitable donation each month.

When you click here, you’ll be taken to a Word document that you can fill out on your computer and email to us at michelle@shelliesbutcher.com. Or if you prefer, you can download a pdf of the form to fill out and drop off at the store.

Each month, we will review all requests and make one selection. If yours is an on-going campaign, you will only have to make one submission.
